Delete your Kite account

You can delete your Kite account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — we do not keep a copy.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Kite in Parent mode
Go to More → Data & privacy
Tap Delete all data and confirm

If you no longer have the app

Email omarhejazipc@gmail.com from the address your Kite account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and then delete the account.

What gets deleted

Your parent account: email, name, password hash, sessions
Every child profile on the account: first name, birth year, points ledger, tasks, rewards, wishlist
Device records, push tokens, managed app lists and schedules

Deletion removes everything at once. There is no partial deletion and no way to restore an account afterwards.

What we keep, and for how long

Nothing that identifies you. Google Play keeps its own billing records for any subscription you purchased — those are held by Google under its terms, not by us, and we cannot delete them.
